We knew the Nvidia GeForce RTX 3060 Ti would be launching before the end of the year and following the trend of the RTX 3070 and RTX 3080 it promises to be an absolute monster of a card compared to the generation prior.
Source of many GPU leaks, VideoCardz, has got some early performance slide leaks which have been used internally.
The test set up for the data was 1440P gaming with a i9-10900K processor with performance compared in three main categories, rasterizing, ray tracing and rendering. This includes 8 games such as Horizon Zero Dawn, Gears of War 5, Watch Dogs Legion and Control. Then four productivity tests, including Blender and Redshift.
In every single test the Nvidia GeForce RTX 3060 Ti matches or beats the RTX 2080 Super, and it only matches the performance in Watch Dogs Logion with a considerable advantage everywhere else. In particular, in rendering the RTX 3060 Ti crushes the RTX 2080S.
Compared to the RTX 2060S, which is the like for like predecessor, you are looking at a minimum 27% performance difference across all the 8 games.

Price and Availability
Pricing is once again going to be very attractive. It is believed the Nvidia GeForce RTX 3060 Ti should launch for under $400.
The RTX 2060 Super launched at $399, so this seems like the logical price point. The RTX 2080 Super launched at $699.
In the UK, the RTX 2060S is still £400 while the RTX 2080S is unavailable or ridiculously priced.
There is still no stock for any of the RTX 3000 series in the UK, or anywhere else, retailers have jacked up their prices too, some sites offer the RTX 3070 for pre-order, but you are looking at £600 which is a bit frustrating knowing that the MSRP of the RTX 3080 is just £50 more

Overlockers seem to be gradually increasing their prices too, I bought the Zotac RTX 3080 Trinity at £709, it was £799 recently, and now it is £839.99, almost £200 above MSRP.
The lower price point of the RTX 3060 Ti could make demand higher, with more people being able to afford it, which in turn could very likely make getting one of the cards even harder than the others.
